Haley Godin

Diagnosed with a brain tumor at 12 and treated at Baystate Children’s Hospital, Haley knows the hospital from the patient’s side. Ten years later, tumor-free, she founded One Smile at a Time in August 2023 after a decade of fundraising for pediatric patients — and left her role at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Cancer Center to run it full-time.

“When I look back on my time in the hospital, what I remember most is the feeling of someone caring. My hope is that One Smile at a Time can create that same feeling of comfort, care, and support to other children and families who are going through a similar medical experience.”
